Stacy A. Kraus
Stacy is a graduate of the State University of New York at Fredonia with a B.A. in political science. She received her M.A. from Buffalo State College and has working in fraternity and sorority affairs at Truman State University, Gannon University, and the University of Maryland, College Park. She has also served as the Director of Chapter Services at Alpha Epsilon Phi Sorority. Stacy is an active volunteer within her own sorority, Sigma Kappa, currently serving as the Director of Training.
C. Larry Moses
Larry is the gregarious, boisterous voice you first hear when you enter the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs. Larry has been integral in strengthening the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC) and its constituent chapters at Penn. Larry gives excellent seminars on leadership skills and diversity training. Larry provides the spirit that envelopes the office and offers a witty sense of humor that entertains everyone he comes into contact with...so does his dancing and singing ability. Larry is a member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc. (FBS), and he advises the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC). Larry is also actively involved in Theatre in the Philadelphia area.
Anne-Marie Staples
Anne-Marie is the quiet member of the Office Staff. She is the friendly face you see once in a while, emerging from her office on the third floor. She specializes in special events coordination, known for excellent abilities to coordinate a plethora of events, such as the Awards Ceremonies, Greek Alumni Council events, and the 150 Year Greek Gala. Anne-Marie gives excellent advice and always knows when a smile is needed!
Anne-Marie is a DDD sister, and her education includes a B.A. in Economics from Dickinson College (1988) and an MBA from Drexel University (1991).
Beth G. Schnitman-Malm
I started at OFSA in September, 1987 which makes me the "veteran" of the staff.
OFSA has not only moved 3 times since I got here but the staff and resources available to our Greek-letter students has grown to be one of the best in the country. The challenges and rewards and opportunities to work with students, parents, alumni and other administrators have kept me here!
I am a Sigma Kappa - Kappa Iota Chapter - I was an Alumnus initiate in the first class here at the University of Pennsylvania!!!
My degrees:
BS - Secondary Education (University of Hartford)
MEd - Secondary Education Administration (University of Hartford)
Advanced Graduate work in College Student Personnel Administration
(University of Maryland)
I am married, I love to bake, I love dogs andhave a dog named "Lady"!!! My husband Bob and I like to travel, especially going on cruises and we enjoy "cruising" on our motorcycle on weekends! I am a three-time Breast Cancer Survivor and encourage all women to be "active" participants in staying healthy!
Amy Eader
Amy is the person you are most likely to see out and about planning and overseeing all renovations and repair projects on Penn owned and operated chapter houses, rather than in the office. Amy is the newest member of our staff but brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in facilities management and planning as well as some background in legal liability issues. Amy is known for her ability to handle crisis situations calmly.
Amy is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and already works very closely with the VPUL Facilities team, having joined OFSA from a different part of that team.
Don Calcagni
Don is Associate Director for VPUL Facilities, coordinating facilities operations for general pool classrooms, VPUL Offices and, working with Amy Eader, fraternity and sorority housing.
Pauline Loria
Pauline is the organizational backbone of the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs. Her abilities to coordinate and regulate have made her an essential part of the staff. Pauline makes the office feel more like a family and less like a "department." With that in mind, Pauline is clearly the mother of this family who makes sure Larry doesn't spoil his dinner and that everyone is behaving themselves..... Pauline plays the part of the Italian mother for OFSA and for many of our students. Other little tidbits include facts like Pauline does not like to cook.... and if it's red, it's gravy.
