At Penn, Greek life is guided through a partnership between the University community, the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs, the undergraduate members, the alumni volunteers, and the national headquarters. By working as a cohesive unit, the Penn Greek community is able to continually strive as one of the finest fraternity/sorority communities in the nation. Much of this success is due to the resources, services, and dedicated individuals who constantly serve as a leaders, advisors and supporters within the community.
The Office of Fraternity and Sorority Affairs offers numerous resources for individual chapter members, officers and entire chapters. OFSA works in partnership with national organizations as well as other University offices to ensure the highest quality of programming and services for its students.

Director
Dr. Scott Reikofski, (reikofsk@upenn.edu)
Scott is responsible for the overall operation of the Office. He is also the primary advisor for the Interfraternity Council (IFC).
Programming Team:
Stacy Kraus, Associate Director for Programming (kraussa@upenn.edu)
Stacy focuses on the programming and education side of the Office. S/he is also the primary advisor for the Panhellenic Council (Panhel).
Larry Moses, Program Coordinator (clmoses@upenn.edu)
Larry is the primary advisor for the Multicultural Greek Council (MGC). He is serves as the crisis manager for the Office and the diversity educator.
Anne-Marie Staples, Program Assistant (ofsaga@pobox.upenn.edu)
Anne-Marie coordinates all special events for the Office ranging from the Greek Awards Ceremony to President’s Retreat to Greek Alumni Council events.
Facilities Team:
Beth Schnitman-Malm, Associate Director for Chapter House Administration and Finance (schnitma@upenn.edu)
Beth oversees the budgetary and planning operations of all 22 University owned fraternity and sorority houses.
Amy Eader, Facilities Manager (aeader@upenn.edu)
Amy oversees all the day to day facilities maintenance issues, including repairs and renovations of the 22 University owned chapter houses as well as serving as a resource for non-University houses. She is in and out of the chapter houses on a daily basis.
Anthony Klaumenzer , Facilities Assistant (ofsareq@pobox.upenn.edu)
Anthony works directly with Amy, individual chapter houses and the online maintenance requests system.
Don Calcagni, Associate Direector VPUL Facilities Operations (calcagni@upenn.edu)
Don is Amy's partner in facilities management, resources, and working with contractors.

Pauline and her team of part-time employees and work-study students manage the office and administrative functions OFSA and our building area as well as handle scheduling, mail and communication.
